Description of offer/class: We offer 2 styles of classes. Our HIIT Classes are 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training classes utilizing a variety of exercise equipment. You'll never get bored as the workouts change daily and are station based, as soon as you are ready for that last rep to be over, you find yourself moving on to the next station! Our Booty Building classes focus primarily on lower body and glute activation. Our instructor Sal is living proof that with hard work and dedication anyone can have a traffic stopping backside! 

Dates and times of offer/Class(es): Monday-Friday 6am, 7am, 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm  Wednesday 7pm Saturday 8am, 9am, 11am
