Description of offer/class: Barbell Basic: Barbell Basic is a general strength class focusing on improving technique in basic barbell and accessory movements, distinguishing the muscles at work during these movements, and the basics of programming for strength. Barbell movements that will be covered regularly include: squat, bench press, deadlift, barbell rows, overhead press, and variations there of. This class is acceptable for novice lifters looking to start strength training or intermediate lifters looking to improve their technique and knowledge of strength training.

Brigade Conditioning: The goal of this class is to improve and optimize function in all aspects of fitness. This class will focus on improving strength, body composition, aerobic capacity, overall mobility, and athleticism. This class is acceptable for anyone regardless of experience looking to scale up on all aspects of their fitness to yield a balanced, healthy, and high functioning physique.

Brigade Conditioning Level: Savage: This Saturday only class is similar in principle to the conditioning class with an emphasis on intensity. It is designed to be the toughest workout challenge you’ll face during the week comprised of a variety of athletic, strength, and dynamic movements combined into an epic challenge for your body and mind.
